Role and responsibilities

  1. The Administrator is responsible to the Director and Board.
  2. To ensure all financial, filing and correspondence systems are in place and running efficiently.

Specific Tasks

  1. Update mailing lists to supporters and community agencies;
  2. Pursue funding agencies and complete funding applications as necessary;
  3. Maintain correspondence with supporter and community contacts;
  4. Prepare income and expenditure details for accountant;
  5. Respond to requests for information and general correspondence and necessary duties to run an efficient office;
  6. Ensure all money received is recorded, receipts are issued and banked in the appropriate account;
  7. Collect all mail and process all mail enquiries;
  8. Process all reception and telephone enquiries and messages.
