Role and responsibilities
- The Administrator is responsible to the Director and Board.
- To ensure all financial, filing and correspondence systems are in place and running efficiently.
Specific Tasks
- Update mailing lists to supporters and community agencies;
- Pursue funding agencies and complete funding applications as necessary;
- Maintain correspondence with supporter and community contacts;
- Prepare income and expenditure details for accountant;
- Respond to requests for information and general correspondence and necessary duties to run an efficient office;
- Ensure all money received is recorded, receipts are issued and banked in the appropriate account;
- Collect all mail and process all mail enquiries;
- Process all reception and telephone enquiries and messages.
